Your new company
A well known multi-site business based across the UK.


This role will be primarily field based but with an office base in the Oxfordshire area and an element of hybrid working also.


Your new role

  • Carrying out audits in line with company policies, processes and procedures, through use of checking, validating and evidence.
  • Creating and updating the internal audit plan and necessary strategies.
  • Understanding and evaluating business arrangements quickly, and being a credible individual who can interact with staff at all levels across the organisation.
  • Assessing financial controls internally
  • Reviewing incentive schemes for varying roles in the company.
  • Ensure all departments of the company are following best practice at all times.
  • HR processes audit, including assurance of payroll procedures running smoothly.
  • Examining documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos to gather information.
  • Performing enquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant professional internal audit or accountancy qualification. (IIA, CIA, ACCA, ACA etc)
  • Several years' experience within Internal Audit/Audit, ideally auditing multisite operations.
  • A mix of Financial and Operational Audit
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate maturity, good people skills and commitment.
  • Innovative, forwardthinking professional.
  • Happy working independently
