We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to work in a busy Administration Team.


The post holder will be based at Chase Farm Hospital and will be providing administration support to The Enfield Talking Therapies Team in Enfield.

The The Enfield Talking Therapies Team provides psychological / psychotherapeutic services to residents with a GP in the borough, over the age of 1- Excellent administration skills

  • Working knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent competencies in managing service user requests in a professional & nonjudgemental manner
  • Strong abilities in managing schedules, diaries and competing priorities
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be a team player& extremely reliable
  • To prioritise and organise own workload, acting on own initiative and being proactive about change.
  • To organise and maintain office stationery supplies.
  • To organise and take notes at meetings as required.
  • To provide a general administrative function for the team members as directed by senior management.
  • To work collaboratively with other team members.
  • To welcome clients attending appointments and respond to any queries.
  • To be able to manage difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner in person and on the telephone.
  • To maintain and operate the client clinical data systems.
  • To contact clients to arrange appointments.
  • To be flexible in approach to work.
  • To undertake annual appraisal with Line Manager and to attend meetings and training courses as required.


The partnership between Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (BEH) and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) is going from strength to strength since it was originally established in 2021 forming the North London Mental Health Partnership.


In order to meet the needs of the new Partnership services you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work.

This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Enfield and Harringay Trust and Camden and Islington Trust.

The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.

Knowledge and understanding of mental health difficulties

Good knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint

Evidence of understanding and experience of working with diverse communities

Working knowledge of IAPTUS & RiO or able to learn IT systems proficiently
