We have opportunities for PAs, Administrators and Co-ordinators who play key roles in supporting the business to deliver and fulfil the Banks responsibilities.
Your skills are our biggest asset
PA, Administrators and Co-ordinators roles provide exposure to the different areas of the Bank.
You'll support colleagues including our Deputy Governors, Directors, Heads of Department, and Senior Managers and their teams with a range of critical tasks.

In short, you'll get all the support you need to thrive.Role Responsibilities for PAs include:
- Proactive diary management and inbox management, keeping track of actions
- Preparing and collating agendas, briefings and meeting papers, reports and presentations
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Maintaining electronic filing systems
- Establishing and maintaining close links with key internal partners across the Bank and external counterparts
- Reconciling expenses
- Interpret information accurately to produce high quality minutes
- Providing exemplary professional PA support
- Displaying the highest of standards protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Dealing confidently with all levels across the Bank and external contacts.
- Dealing with general correspondence and queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Events management, coordination and support
Minimum Criteria
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues and propose alternative solutions, in dealing with daily challenges
- Proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships and networks with staff at all levels within the Bank and with external partners
- Evidence the ability to be flexible, adaptable, open to change and work effectively as a team player
- Proven excellent IT skills
- Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at Intermediate/Advanced level are essential.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise their workload effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Previous PA experience
- Proven experience of proactive diary and inbox management
- Experience with minute taking for meeting
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential material, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism;
- Experience of reconciling expenses
- Demonstrate diverse and inclusive behaviours
Desirable criteria (but not essential)
- Experience and ability to give clear instruction to colleagues,
- Experience in delegating tasks to junior PAs and Administrators and overseeing their work, providing them with support and training.
Role Responsibilities for Administrators
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to teams, including their senior Managers.
