An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the West Kent Directorate Team, within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Business Administrator to provide outstanding support to the Senior Management Team and wider Directorate.


You need to be a confident, innovative and motivated individual and an enthusiastic and competent Business Administrator, who is able to work to a high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to work autonomously.


KEY RESULT AREAS:


  • To provide highlevel business support to the Senior Management Team.
  • To work in conjunction with operational managers to ensure standardisation of administration practices across comparable services within the Directorate.
  • To work alongside operational managers to adapt existing systems and processes in line with new pathways and models of care.
  • To ensure continuous improvement of practices in response to service demand and need
