The role in a nutshell:

We are looking to bolster our marketing, demand and employee communications capabilities with a dedicated internal copywriter.

You'll be a versatile writer and editor who can help push our brand, marketing and outbound content to the next level.

This role will report to the Global Head of Strategic Content + Social Media and support the global marketing and internal comms team; collaborating with stakeholders across all Kin + Carta locations in Europe, United States and Latin America.


What you can expect:

Global Marketing content

  • Have a strong eye for detail that enables you to produce written content for web, social, advertising and physical marketing materials working alongside content and web designers where necessary.
  • Work with designers and stakeholders to create storyboards and narratives that are then delivered through a variety of film and video formats.
Demand content

  • Craft simple, jargon free, compelling gotomarket messaging, in line with our Service Line strategies. Write case study material to best reflect our client successes and capability to an external audience.
Internal Communications

  • Help deliver written messaging to engage our 2,000+ Kin globally. Help our Executive and Employee Experience teams communicate important business change.
Brand & Storytelling

  • Deliver copy that is not only onbrand, but will evolve our creative standards over time. We will be expecting this person to continually fine tune our voice as a global business in collaboration with our global Brand and Marketing team.
Continuous craft and communication

  • Follow and successfully interpret direction and feedback from creative directors and senior marketers.
  • Act as a point of accountability for the quality of copy and content and be a point of contact in the design process at every stage of the project.
  • Demonstrate multitasking and effective time management capability.
  • Work effectively and efficiently, ensuring your file management is well structured and considered.

  • An ability to take a brief from inception through to delivery. From compelling headlines to long form content
  • Understands how to write to different marketing formats from short to long form
Required skills and qualities

  • A strong portfolio showing a range of crossplatform digital, voice, and print work.
  • Previous experience simplifying complex concepts from technical SMEs to ensure they're easily digestible and understood
  • Comfortable taking briefs and direction from a wide group of internal stakeholders across our regions (Europe, North and South America), and managing your own workload across a number of live projects.
  • Strong communicator and team player; able to demonstrate an ability to collaborate with senior management/stakeholders and team members alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work with mínimal supervision, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work for yourself and your peers.
  • Motivated and driven with a strong sense of belief in your ideas and with the confidence to express them, coupled with a flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to our needs and budget.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to take feedback well and to be able to adapt ideas to our requirements.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and the ability to use this knowledge and experience to influence deliverables
