A highly respected name within the International removals industry is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in the London.


Removals Operations Manager Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily activities in the warehouse.
  • Long and shortdistance travel planning and dispatch for the removals team.
  • Finding and training new movers.
  • Throughout the removals process, help customers with issues, complaints, and payments.
  • Offer assistance with local and longdistance activities during the busiest removals season.
  • Assurance of quality.
  • Background checks for employees.
  • Ensuring that everything is going well by checking the job sites.
  • Assist with equipment tracking, availability, inspections, and maintenance.

Required experience for the Removals Operations Manager:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role within the removals industry.
  • Excellent man management skills.
  • A motivated, enthusiastic and optimistic outlook on work and projects.
  • Strategic thinker and planner.
  • Highly organised.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
