They have a purpose to accelerate the evolution and adoption of real estate sustainability to enhance the well-beingof the planet and its people.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of Managing Consultant to support our growing professional sustainability consultancy team.

This position offers a very exciting opportunity to work with high-profile blue-chip companiesdelivering a broad spectrum of sustainability services, as well as providing possible secondment opportunities with our clients.

Responsibilities

Leading on the ongoing development of Sustainability/ESG/Climate strategy, from corporate policy frameworks, to fund and assetlevel programmes, with a focus on climate resilience.
Using our proprietary ESG software to coordinate detailed, accurate monitoring of ESG data to support internal and external reporting, net zero strategies and assetlevel sustainability improvement programmes.
Exploring and converting new business opportunities, including writing proposals, pitches and general business development activities.
Responsibility for revenue, P&L, and resourcing, as well as managing a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants and Junior Consultants.
Coordination of assetlevel initiatives, including net zero carbon audits and green building certification
Leading on sustainability disclosure / reporting advisory and management (e.g. GRESB, INREV, UNPRI, TCFD, SFDR, EPRA & CSA)

Requirements:

Proven sustainability programme management capability
Understanding of key drivers for corporate ESG
Comprehension of reporting frameworks/initiatives/assessments/ratings, including TCFD, SFDR, GRESB, PRI
Working knowledge of net zero, including CRREM and SBTi
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Understanding of other ESG issues, such as social value, supply chain management, health and wellbeing
