As Matchday Experience Executive you will be responsible for selling, organising and running matchday experiences for Bristol City, Bristol City Women, Bristol Bears, Bristol Bears Women and Bristol Flyers.

The primary focus of the role is delivering memorable mascot packages and matchday group experiences for fixtures at Ashton Gate and Bristol Flyers home games.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling mascot packages for all sports and ensuring budgets are met
  • Liaising with clubs to create mascot packages that deliver the best supporter experience
  • Working closely with various internal stakeholders (Marketing, Media, Fever Pitch) to ensure that mascot packages are promoted effectively
  • Creating mascot packages so they are available to be purchased online
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to deliver mascot packages on matchdays clubs, hospitality, front of house, Brandvox and safeguarding
  • Selling flag bearer and guard of honour spaces for matchdays
  • Coordinating flag bearer and guard of honour arrangements on matchdays
  • Recruiting and training additional matchday casual staff to work on matchday experiences mascot packages, flag bearers and guard of honour
  • Responding to all matchday experience queries in a timely manner
  • Working with external suppliers to order any materials that are required to deliver matchday experiences
  • Assisting with group ticket sales
  • Supporting the wider Supporter Services team as and when required
  • Helping to deliver nonmatchday supporter events, such as open training sessions, tours and signing sessions

KEY OBJECTIVES (KPIs)

  • Delivering memorable matchday experiences for any mascot or flag bearer
  • Meeting budget targets for mascot package sales for Bristol City, Bristol Bears and Bristol Flyers
  • Recruitment and management of a team of casual Mascot staff
  • Ensuring that all correspondence with internal and external stakeholders is conducted in a timely manner

Work pattern: 5 over 7 days including evening and weekends

Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
