Description

Our client is looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable Payroll Executive on a 12 month contracts covering a maternity leave.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager.

Your duties will include (but not exclusive) to the following:

Ensure fortnightly payroll is processed in an accurateand timely manner
Processing starters and leavers
Processing statutory payments (e.g. SPP, SMP, SSP)
Managing overtime reports and pay
Answering payroll related queries from managers and employees
Preparing headcount reports for finance
Adhoc payroll duties and administration

You will have experience of dealing with high volume payroll previously and be able to liaise at all levels of a business
