Basic Salary:
£25,000 increasing to £30,000 after 12 months

Commission:
Uncapped, First year OTE £48,000, Second Year OTE £65,000, Third Year OTE £100,000+

Sectors:
FinTech into Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Capital Markets and Silicon Valley tech houses.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Job Specification

A trainee recruitment consultant is responsible for:

Forging relationships with US Investment Bank/Hedge Fund managers and regularly consulting high calibre FinTech professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
Generating new business through business development
Dealing with salary brackets from £80,000 £700,000
Consultants 1 year into their careers should be closing a deal a month and earning 1/3rd of their billings in commission

A trainee recruitment consultant should possess most, if not all, of the following:

Degree 2.1 or higher from a Top University (not needed if you have excellent sales experience)
Natural communicator
Financially driven (you are in control of your earnings)
Extremely ambitious
Competitive flair (sporty individuals who have competed to a high level)
