Description
Experienced administrator required to join our Aftersales team based at our offices in Bridgwater.


We are located approximately 1 mile from Bridgwater Town Centre, with good road links to the M5, and plentiful free parking is available on site.

The main duties of this role are to include;

  • Processing, printing and checking order paperwork before it is issued to our production facility to ensure that there are no errors.
  • General filing and scanning of paperwork onto our database
  • Sending order confirmations to customers and arranging the correction of any errors that may be flagged
  • Assisting our drivers or external couriers with address or delivery queries as required.
  • Dealing with order queries or complaints from customers, liaising with transport companies to retrieve POD's, locate late or missing deliveries, chasing up orders that have been delayed during the manufacturing process with our production team and ensuring that any queries or problems are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management, such as allocation of orders for delivery and preparation of delivery paperwork.

This is a part-time, permanent position. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9-2:30, with 30 minutes for lunch.

28 days annual leave per year is offered inclusive of bank holidays and the annual Christmas shutdown. Additional holiday is awarded at long-service milestones.
