Filling Operative

Days & Noons Rotational Shifts:


  • AM shift = Mon
  • Thurs 6.00am pm, Fri 6.00am pm
  • PM shift = Mon
  • Thurs 14.00pm pm, Fri 13.00pm pm

Role Responsibility:

Working within our manufacturing filling department, duties can include the following:

  • Operating automated and semi-automated filling machinery.
  • Setting up filling machines and carrying out product changeovers.
  • Operating filling equipment and container washing machinery.
  • Manufacture of lubricants using process control systems (Siemens and SAP).
  • Operating counterbalance forklift trucks.
  • Taking samples for the QC department to test.
  • Completing daily housekeeping checks.
  • Adhering to H&S and quality standards.
  • Flexible working attitude, and able to work overtime if required.
  • Experience of working within production process, machine operation, or manufacturing would be advantageous.
  • Experience of operating counterbalance forklift trucks an indate, external licence would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
