Overview of role:
We're on the lookout for an exceptionally organised and autonomous Personal Assistant, to work closely with our Property Director. You'll be a strong communicator, have great attention to detail and expert time management skills.

Please note this a Part time remote based PA role to the Property Director on a 16 hour a week contract, supporting the property team.

Duties in this role include:
- Working closely with the Property Director, providing full administrative and secretarial support.
- Developing effective and streamlined working relationships with Property Director, Jardine Motors Group colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating projects, ensuring their completion within agreed timescales.
- Diary management, and arranging travel itineraries for the Property Director.
- Arranging meetings, producing action points, where required, and ensuring they are carried out.
- Maintaining employee records for all direct reports of the Property Director, ensuring that all confidential information is uptodate and stored securely.
- Carrying out required payrollrelated activity, where required, ensuring that it is completed in line with company policy.
Experience required:
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and mange own workload.
- Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
