Stagecoach London is hiring an Administrator to join our fabulous HR team.

The role is people data and analysis focused and essential in providing cross-function support to stakeholders and colleagues alike, and has a particular focus on MI reporting (HRIS) for the business - and it is a big business too with over 4000 employees.


Currently working out of our West Ham Head Office you will be part of the HR team ensuring that HR administration requirements are met at all times throughout the year meeting all key performance targets.

We are looking for someone to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Compilation of various MI reports and statistics, including staffing and attrition analysis, KPIs and Leavers Reasons comparisons.
  • Supporting Managers through the Grievance Procedure process.
  • The processing of payroll information ensuring the relevant audit trail is completed for Payroll, including the processing of employees in Workday.
  • To review the HR information to report relevant data to statutory bodies.
  • Completion of Third Party Claims, CICA and PCV (and similar) whilst keeping a log of claims on the central spreadsheet including liaison and sharing of information between various stakeholders.
  • Processing Penalty Charge Notices and Police requests and updating Notices of Intended Prosecutions.
  • Compiling employment references and Licence for London requests for our employees.


You should have knowledge of Employment Law, GDPR, have CIPD accreditation or be working towards it is desirable, however is not essential, experienced within a data systems-focused administrative position, preferably with a focus on MI reporting and some HR/HRIS exposure, demonstrate an understanding of Excel at a mid-weight level and therefore be confident with compiling and collating spreadsheet data and analysis.

You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation, accuracy and quality. The ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure is also essential.
