Overview:


Chatham Financial Europe's Team Executive is an integral member of the People Team providing administrative support and assistance to our client facing teams in the London office.

In this role, you will work to support the leaders across our Private Equity, Global Real Estate and Documentation and Regulatory Advisory teams partnering closely with our Business Coordinator and Office Manager.


In this role, you will be part of a small knit supportive People Team in the London office as well as our Global People Team with opportunities for growth.

This role is based in our offices in London, St James's Square.


In this role you will:


  • Prepare, edit, format and proof internal and external documentation ensure final output is accurate, to a high standard and in the required timescale.
  • Support the Documentation and Regulatory Advisory Team with printing and compiling regulatory documentation for filing.
  • Provide calendar support and diary coordination as needed for the Private Equity, Global Real Estate teams and the Regulatory and Hedge Accounting Practice areas including internal and external meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate team training sessions including preparation of any training materials required in advance.
  • Support the client facing teams to prepare, finalise and print pitch decks and other marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Update CRM with the latest contact information for our clients.
  • Provide support, as needed, to the Business Coordinator with travel arrangements including booking flights, transfers, and hotels.
  • Act as second in line to cover reception, answering telephones, meeting, and greeting clients and inperson visitors.
  • Liaise across team and company to provide logístical/operational support as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for special activities and adhoc projects.
  • Partner with the internal finance team and Business Coordinator to ensure timely submission of monthly expense reports.

Contributors to your success:


  • Minimum of 4 years of team administrative experience in a fastpaced corporate environment.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly, Word, PowerPoint and, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • A polite, and friendly individual.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with peers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines and ensuring exceptional service is maintained in any task.
  • Selfstarter with ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities whilst remaining calm and professional.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in a legal or financial environment is preferred but not essential.
