The Governors and Head Teacher of Brandling Primary School are seeking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our happy, skilled, and dedicated staff team.


We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic HLTA to deliver whole class cover for PPA across the school and deliver interventions as and when needed.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • experience of working with children with a variety of needs;
- a flexible, hard-working and positive attitude;
- good basic skills in mathematics and English
  • GCSE or equivalent;
- the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues;
- the ability to work as part of a team.


We can provide tailored support to ensure you succeed in your career with an excellent CPD programme and friendly, supportive colleagues who are motivated to develop our school and work well together.
