All New Starters will be in training for their first 4-6 weeks working: Week 1: 8am-4pm Week 2: 9am-5:30pm (Saturday)
Week 3: 10am-6pm Week 4: 8am-4pm Week 5: 9am-5:30pm (Saturday)
Week 6: 10am-6pm Week 7: 8am-4pm Week 8: 9am-5:30pm (Saturday)
Week 9: 12pm-8pm
Salary:
£20,319, Payment progression scheme which can boost your salary to £23,000

customer service skills to join their forward-thinking and supportive team.
This company is offering a great opportunity to someone looking to gain valuable
customer service and sales experience in an office-based environment.
The company is a leading insurance provider, based in Portsmouth and is renowned for its staff recognition and rewarding hard work.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls promptly and by our Service Level Agreements.
- Production of the customer, affinity, and veterinary correspondence to corporate standard.
- Collating and posting documents where required.
- Maintaining a consistent and energetic approach and building rapport with internal and external customers to establish customer relations.
- Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to obtain information to allow veterinary nurses to settle claims and then produce the cheques.
- To manage the customer through the lifecycle of their policy from quote/sales and inception, MTA's and renewals the claims process and all credit control functions providing a onetouch service.
- Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
- Aware of and conform to legal requirements in all activities, both internal and external. Implicit in this is that all Managers and Staff conform to the appropriate standards in terms of Health and Safety, but also to the highest standards of business ethics.
- Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes about FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly
On a day-to-day basis, you will be taking
inbound calls from customers who simply need your assistance and it will be your responsibility to provide them with first-class
customer service.
