Description

We are looking for a Head of Data Ownership to establish Data Ownership across the board and to help deploy a Data Governance framework to enhance availability and the quality of data across the business.

Working within a globally recognised organisation, you'll play a vital part in this Master Data Management transformation via the adoption of new policies, practices, and processes, using the best-in-class tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop plans and drive implementation of the data governance processes
You will directly contribute to the success of the organisations strategic projects to ensure these have the correct data capabilities available at the right time in a complaint manner.
You will be coaching, guiding, and mentoring Data Champions across the wider business, taking corrective measures when necessary.
Working with Data Champions so that they can manage their own Data Flows, Data Models etc.
Increase the awareness and education of Data Governance best practices across a wide spectrum of internal stakeholders.
Present findings across governance forums for key decisions related to Data Governance.
Instrumental in identifying future opportunities to enhance the businesses understanding of the data landscape.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in Data Ownership and / or stewardship who is looking for that next step up in their career.

This is a collaborative, people driven organisiaton who are passionate about change & transformation.

If you have proven experience driving success within Data Governance, a strong understanding and experience within Master Data Management, and are passionate about improving data quality & influencing a data culture.

Must be within commutable distance of London for a hybrid working approach.
