Your Duties:


  • Handling inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organisation.
  • Initiating calls for various purposes, such as confirming appointments, following up on inquiries, or conveying messages.
  • Offering basic information to callers about the organisation, its services, products, or any other relevant details requested.
  • Redirecting calls to different departments or individuals based on the nature of the inquiry or the caller's needs.
  • Recording and relaying messages accurately when the intended recipient is unavailable.
