Job Title:
Quality Control Inspector

Shift Pattern:
Nights (8.40pm - 6.10am Monday to Thursday)

Job Purpose:

Working
within a fast-paced environment, the job holder will work with other QC
Inspectors and Senior QC/AQM quality control checking testing and releasing
final products to meet our customer and internal specifications.

Key Accountabilities:

Quality control release jobs and add to inventory management efficiently and in accordance with SOP.

To ensure that all output meets customer specification and is produced in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 and PS9000.

To perform internal specialist checks as per internal procedures.
To conduct internal audits according to internal procedures and external standards.
Complete final specification checks against agreed SOP and complete batch release and customers certification.
