gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment agency and currently looking for a number of hand enclosing operatives on 4 on 4 off rotation (day) based in Bradley Stoke, BS32.


You will be reporting directly to the Hand Enclosing Manager, you will be enclosing documents (letters and inserts) to envelopes for clients as well as attaching labels and pre-packed boxes ready for dispatch.


Whilst experience can be a benefit, the site offers full training for the role with options for full time career opportunities to those that demonstrate a good work ethic.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive instructions from the Shift Coordinator / Team Leader to assist in the implementation of Enclosing plan
  • Escalates any issues to Shift Coordinator / Team Leader
  • Highlight any inefficiency within the Short Run area to the Head of Short Run and work together to resolve
  • Liaising with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Client Services and other departments where necessary
  • Ensuring the quality of output is to high standards, reporting any concerns or issues to Manager
  • Ensuring the area is clean and tidy at all times in line with supporting health and safety regulations
