£21,000 - £24,000
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
I'm currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk to join a multi award-winning, international freight forwarding company.
They are seeking a data entry clerk to support the current operations and join their expanding financial / accounts team.

- Experience in high volume data entry including both tracking and tracing is essential
- Previous experience within an administration background considered transferable
- Previous experience within a similar role or within a Freight Forwarding accounts team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good time Management skills and ability to work to strict time deadlines
- Must be a Team Player and be able to work within a fast paced environment
- Good computer and technical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Tracking and Tracing of Jobs into operational systems
- Estimates to be input into the operational system upon receipt of invoice from Supplier
- Invoice to be input within 7 days of receipt in accordance with current KPI
- Update existing databases with new information
- Create spreadsheets and run reports on data
- Regularly back up data to make sure nothing is lost
- Organise paperwork and follow data confidentiality processes
- Any other delegated tasks deemed to be reasonable as assigned by the reporting Manager
