Who we are looking for:

Unistrut is looking for an experienced robot spot welder operative to support our continued growth.

What you'll do:

Operate spot welders and ancillary equipment
Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
Keep production and quality related records up to date
Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
Performs Other Duties as Assigned

What you bring:

A good knowledge of Spot Welding
Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
Ability to comply with and promote Atkore's ATIRE and SQDC values

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 3-week rota shift pattern

Shift
Monday Thursday 6am 2pm

Shift - Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm

Shift - Sunday-Wednesday 10pm-6am

Hourly pay rate £11.44, you will also be entitled to 22% shift allowance for day shifts and 25% for night shifts.
