We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to join our senior digital leadership team as Head of Digital Programmes.


The Trust is moving through a period of significanttransformational change involving the implementation of transformative clinical models of service and organisational integration.

Key to delivering this change is our delivery of information technology required for services to bemodern, safe, effective and well governed.


The Trust must haveeffective leadershipin coordinating and leading a wide and complex portfolio of inter-related programmes and projects in primary care, community care, mental healthcare and acute care that adopts digital technologies and achieved a paperlight NHS.

This is a post heading up an established team of programme & project delivery staff. The role requires an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated individual who responds positively to new challenges.


TheHead of Digital Programmeswill be responsible for the delivery of high quality and professional PMO services in support of the delivery of the Trust's digital strategy.


The post holder will be the responsible lead for the PMO function and to manage the implementation of the Digital Strategic Programmes throughout the organisation and thereby ensure that the Trusts are exemplar organisations in programme and project management.

The post holder will have overall responsibility for the integrity and coherence of all Digital programmes and projects.


The post holder will report to the Associate Director of Digital Healthcare and a joint regular review will take place.

The post holder will have overall responsibility for the programme management function and will provide expert advice to the organisation regarding the operation of the programme office.
