Description

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Private Property team in our Lydney office, supporting a busy team of fee earners, who support their clients through a variety of residential property related transactions.

To be our next Administration Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:


  • Prior experience of a providing excellent administrative support
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
  • Effective communication skills both written and orally to keep fee earners and clients up to date
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and presentation skills
  • Strong administrator who is able to keep on top of time critical actions, support with file opening, corresponding with clients, file management, photocopying/ scanning and archiving
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office, case management system and other relevant IT systems


Whilst this role is based in our Lydney office, there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners within the Private Property team based at our other offices.
