Locations:
Kirkstall Forge Leeds LS5 3BF, Salford Quays M50 3SP

Permanent, full-time position: 37.5hours


Salary range:
£35,000 - £37,000

Role Overview

Bupa hold 4 Sponsorship Licences and they must be managed in line with the Home Office & UKVI legislation and guidelines.

The team operate on a system (SMS ) that is owned by the Home Office so experience using this system is a key part of the role.

The immigration specialist will be the first point of contact for any legislative queries so need to have a good knowledge of home office requirements and legislation.


What you'll do:

  • Responsible for assessing compliance against Immigration guidance and support with all Home Office audits
  • Responsible for providing the business with the latest Immigration regulations and changes and the impact to the Business
  • Proactively communicate with the team, partners & key stakeholders through education & coaching around Immigration policy and procedure
  • Responsible for ongoing process improvements to ensure Bupa is operating in the most efficient way whilst maintaining compliance at all levels.

What you'll bring:

  • Understanding of relevant employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Indepth knowledge of SMS (Sponsorship Management System)
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Sponsorship and the requirements of the UKVI
