Brief job description:


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Support clients on new projects, helping with the on-boarding, install and training process.
  • Attend planning meetings to help the team plan the workload for new projects.
  • Assist with support ticket handling, keeping clients informed of progress, completing tickets as skills improve.


  • Content administration

  • Use CMS interface to create and update content on client sites.


  • Site administration

  • Use CMS interface to create and administer different types of content, lists of content, tags, users, displays and templates.
  • Hosting/Server administration predominantly working in WHM/cPanel to help manage the cloud server environment.

Qualifications:


  • 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
