Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry of financial transactions
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Preparing and issuing payments
- Maintaining accurate records and filing system
- Providing support for monthend and yearend closing activities
- Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding financial inquiries
Requirements:
- Qualification in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in construction accounting is a plus
