Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry of financial transactions
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Preparing and issuing payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing system
  • Providing support for monthend and yearend closing activities
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers regarding financial inquiries

Requirements:


  • Qualification in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in construction accounting is a plus
