Salary:
£45,326+ Dependent of skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Interfacing with customer teams to develop a robust understanding of industrialisation and business development requirements
  • Developing manufacturing plans and schedules to develop capability within the incumbent nation ensuring full capability transfer to the required milestone date(s) and any knowledge transfer is completed to the required standard and captured accordingly
  • Problem solving via robust analysis to ensure solutions meet both customer criteria and internal business drivers
  • Stakeholder management within BAE Systems and external organisations including customers and industry / academic collaborators, including networking and relationship building
  • Crossfunctional working with Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, Quality teams

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • Ability to build and develop multifunctional relationships across a diverse stakeholder network, whilst performing in a challenging and transforming environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across organisational boundaries at all levels of the organization; integrating, prioritizing, managing conflict and solving problems as appropriate
  • Experience of complex Programmes and Projects
  • Experience of Lifecycle Management processes

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Defence Aerospace products and markets
  • A STEM degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working in diverse environment to achieve common objectives.
  • Understanding or experience of middle eastern markets

The Electrical Component Team:


The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has a growing need for In Kingdom Industrial Participation (IKIP) capabilities to be developed, that support the objectives of their 2030 vision.

Industrialisation Participation is best described as 'the process of developing industry capabilities in a country or region'.


Working for the Future Combat Air Programme Components Programme Manager New Business, the individual(s) in this role will manage the development, evaluation and clearance of the Industrial Collaboration strategy and solutions in support of BAE Systems strategy development in the KSA.

Ideally you'll have a background in Manufacturing and/or Engineering.


You will have the opportunity to engage with suppliers and customers, have engagement across different business units and functions and get involved in full life cycle projects.
