SheaWorks Ltd is a successful family run business established in 2014. We specialise in Electrical Reactive Maintenance and delivering electrical services to new build developments.

As a result of growth, we are now looking to recruit an additional office assistant to accompany the team in our Harlow office.

We have a reputation for reliability and decency which is implemented in all aspects of our work.


We have a growing presence across London and Essex and maintain excellent working relationships with major High Street names such as John Lewis Home Solutions, Foxtons, Winkworth, Knight Frank, Chestertons, Hamptons International and numerous businesses in the region along with many local families and repeat customers.


Strong communication skills
- a confident ability to resolve problems
- excellent typing with attention to detail and grammar

  • Microsoft Office proficient Excel intermediate/advance
- able to work as part of a team or alone when required
- ability to flex between work flows dependent on business demand
- a knowledge of the construction/ facilities management industry


Hours of work are 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Education:


  • Educated bright individual
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Rate:
Negotiable depending on experience
