Description
SF Recruitment is looking for a temporary to permanent HR Administrator to join a fantastic key client of ours based in central derby.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9-5.Our client is looking for a strong administrator who is familiar with HR processes and has experience assisting with internal recruitment.
Although previous experience in HR would be beneficial, our client is happy to consider strong administrators as well, who may have an interest in HR and looking to develop their skills.
Main duties will include

Supporting the Recruitment manager with writing up internal job adverts:

Help write up employee contracts:
-
Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events
:

Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.):

Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance

Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
:

Assist with any payroll queries:

Process employee holiday requests
