Description

Role:
To provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and Hospital Team and provide some reception cover.


Key Result Areas:


  • Draft letters; undertake filing and general administrative duties.
  • Reception cover.
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager.
  • Assist in keeping our clinical digital records up to date.
  • Assist with minute taking and attending clinical and staff meetings.
  • Assist with patient monies including maintaining good electronic and paper records of incomings/out-goings.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and devise new systems.
  • Ensure all work is accurate and precise.
  • Able to meet deadlines within a short timeframe.
  • The ability to demonstrate a methodical organised and detail conscious approach to work.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Desirable:


  • Experience in a Hospital setting.

General:


  • The post-holder will have access to a wide range of confidential information relating to patients, staff and the company which must not be divulged to any unauthorised person in any circumstances.
  • Ensure that all hospital policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
