What will you be doing?


Primarily to develop and retain profitable business across the current regional portfolio of customers and prospect for net new business across the regional geography.


The role presents as a link between the business development sector leads, their teams and regional operational general managers and their teams ensuring that opportunities are dealt with by the appropriate persons.


The regional development lead tracks & reports all aspects of growth and business retention using our CRM platform SalesForce against regional budget expectations as an integral part of the regional leadership team.


Prospecting will be key to this role in collaboration with support from our marketing department to develop sector based marketing campaigns, networking and specific industry events which offer strategic opportunities to grow the business.

New Lead generationwill be a key component of the role.


What are we looking for?

  • People Management with a basic understanding of employment law & appreciation of QHSE
  • Reading of financial business models
  • Ability to nurture and develop relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
  • An influential and persuasive communicator, with a high standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver tailored presentations and proposals
  • Proven and successful experience of leading & managing bids.
  • Proven track record of lead generation.
  • Motivated to work with existing clients to find growthopportunities and continuous improvement projects.
  • Good commercial awareness including finance and negotiation skills.
  • Industry knowledge beneficial
  • Use of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Higher education business qualification or equivalent experience
