Resolve Capital Group are looking for someone that is comfortable in front of a camera as well as behind it? Are you up-to-date with current social media trends?We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media and Content Apprentice to join our marketing team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our online presence, engage with our audience, and showcase our services through compelling content across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic, Photo, and Video Content Creation:
- Develop visually appealing and engaging graphics, photos, and videos that align with our brand image and resonate with our target audience. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and stays current with industry trends.
- Content Scheduling and Posting:
- Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts across different social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Media Ad Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Analyse campaign performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Follower Growth:
- Implement strategies to grow our followers count on various social media platforms. Engage with the online community, participate in relevant conversations, and foster a positive online presence.
- Internal Training Platform Support:
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to create engaging content for our internal training platform. Ensure that training materials are visually appealing and aligned with our brand.
- Blog Writing:
- Contribute to our blog by creating insightful and relevant content related to the real estate industry, market trends, and property showcases.
Everyone within the head office are expected to have or strive towards having a good understanding of other disciplines within the business, so in addition to the skills that you will develop within the apprenticeship, you will also have internal training provided covering: CRM System Administration, Reporting, Asset Management and additional Marketing Principles.
Entry requirements
A minimum of Grade C / 4 in both English and Maths
Training to be provided
Content Creator Level 3 Standard
- Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a Development Coach who is an expert from the Industry. After 15 months of the apprenticeship you will have had the opportunity to achieve a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, a salary, and, for the right person, the opportunity to gain full time employment.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training
