Business Support Coordinator
Part time with the potential to go full time (25 hours)
Initial 3 month contract with potential to go permanent
Head Office based in Dunfermline with some remote on call working
Must be available to work weekends as and when required

Working in the team is varied and fast paced.
This position will not only provide you with the opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding around the security and hospitality sector but will also allow you to build on your administration, communication and relationship building skills while working directly with our clients and staff and cross-functionally with the different departments at DIMA Group Services.
Duties
Below are a list of some of the duties you will be required to perform;
- Sending shift confirmations on the instruction of the Operations Manager
- Keeping staff spreadsheets and information up to date
- Assisting the Compliance team to securely screen and vet security staff
- Contacting staff references to ensure 5 year employment period is covered
- Weekends on call as and when required for the hospitality sector. Arranging replacements where necessary, helping staff get to shift, taking calls from clients.
- Being in attendance on occasion to assist in staff Inductions and Training
- Monitoring the uniform stock and ordering new stock when needed
There is also opportunity to train and learn with us as well as attend exciting networking events and seminars through our Fife and Edinburgh Chambers memberships.
