Fabulous opportunity to join a fast growing media business as they move into an exciting new phase of growth.

Working directly for their charming CEO/Founder, you will support him with diary management, minute taking and ad hoc projects and basically tryto take as much off his shoulders as you possibly can.

Your new ideas for processes and systems will also be gratefully received.

In addition, you will also be in charge of office management, ensuring that their beautiful light and airy offices are kept cleanand tidy and all supplies are well stocked, as well as overseeing H & S, liaising with IT support and managing the annual budget for office supplies etc.

Other duties will include organising regular social and team building activities for the employees, andworking with the People Manager on ad hoc projects, such as volunteering opportunities etc

In return, you will enjoy working within a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere - they have a pool table and weekly drinks and everyone is really sociable.

They also operate a hybrid working pattern, and you are only expected to come into the office onTuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
