LOCATION:
Crowborough/Hybrid working

HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week;

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 12 pm 8 pm*, _
Monday: 11 am 7 pm*, Friday: 10 am 6 pm, _
Saturdays (2 per month) 11 am 5:30 pm* with 30 mins break_

- _Hours displayed are typical but will vary for business needs and may include Sundays and additional evening hours_

CONTRACT:
Permanent

SALARY:
£22,267.44 per annum

Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you have good conversational skills and the ability to put people at ease?

We are looking for someone to work within a small, friendly calling team, to build relationships with those that engage with us and to secure financial support for the work that we do.

The role:

To phone contacts from welldeveloped databases
Receive incoming phone calls as part of specific campaigns
Ask supporters to set up a direct debit or increase their direct debit
Introduce Premier to people who are less familiar or totally new
Take financial information over the phone, and update personal details on calls
Convert new interest in magazines to purchase a subscription

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

Experience in telemarketing or fundraising is not essential but would be an advantage
Team working experience
Proven administration, multitasking, and prioritising skills
IT literacy in Microsoft Office
The postholder will work in a Christian environment. Therefore, it will be necessary for the postholder to have respect for the Christian faith, and its values and be in sympathy with our organisational aims._
