Training Development Executive - December start

Maternity Leave Cover, Full Time

Hybrid working role Central London Offices,

Basic Salary £32,000 plus benefits
My client, a well established and reputable membership body, is currently looking for an experienced Training Development Executive. This maternity cover role is responsible for maintaining the long-term development of the external training business.


Key responsibilities

  • Review and revise new and existing courses
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, members, and trainers to establish current and future training needs (content and delivery)
  • Work with the Training team to create a strategy for training development
  • Work closely with colleagues to establish key customer needs and opportunities in Training
  • Ensure our delivery mechanisms are cutting edge through an appropriate quality assurance process
  • Build relationships with existing and potential trainers through recruitment, induction, upskilling and regular communication on content and delivery

Person Specification

  • Minimum of
    three years' trainingexperience.

Quality assurance experience: Following policies, procedures, document control and compliance.

IT literacy: To work across our CRM systems and processes to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and monitoring. Use of Salesforce

Financial understanding: Basic budgeting, income, expenditure and contracts

  • A CIPD
    qualification:

Presentation skills - presenting to boards/ senior groups
