Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Place Based Team (IPBT) Lincoln for a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner.

The IPBT is located within the Adult Community Mental Health Division and our mission is to provide high quality care and treatment to adults and older adults who have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and live in Lincolnshire.

The service has been crafted to offer a more holistic approach to meeting the mental health needs of the population, working closely with primary care services such as GP's and the voluntary sector.

We are looking to recruit an Assitant Practitioner to a 37.5 hours per week permanent post in Lincoln.

We are searching for an individual with experience of working within mental health services who wants to support people in the community in order to achieve recovery.

Under the supervision of a Band 6 or Band 5 Registered Professional, you would support the provision of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary community mental health service, working alongside a wide range of professionals within the team.

If you are motivated to help others with a mental health illness and want to improve the experience for those accessing services, then this is the job for you.
