Job Summary:


The overall purpose of this role is to support the Marketing and Communications Manager in the development and delivery of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns that support programming and business development within Grimsby Auditorium and support the delivery of innovative campaigns to raise profile, drive ticket sales and revenue and develop audiences.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Research, prepare, and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to promote venue programming.
  • Produce and distribute digital marketing campaigns including regular eshots and enewsletters, develop media content and copy for social media campaigns with direction provided by the Marketing and Communications Manager.
  • Monitor, update and evaluate social media channels, ensuring they are used effectively and professionally, responding to routine customer enquiries in a timely manner and fielding nonroutine queries to the relevant manager or department.

Successful applicants will have:

  • Experience of working in a marketing environment.
  • Experience of preparing media releases or promotional material.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proof reading skills.
