Description

To provide a comprehensive, courteous and efficient reception service to patients and perform to a high standard the clerical duties associated with the co-ordination of outpatient clinics for members of the team.

To oversee all aspects of the preparation and delivery of the clinic.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to work within our friendly, well established Community Mental Health Team at Pentwyn Health Centre.

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating outpatient clinics, and providing reception and administrative support to the team.

A polite and pleasant personality is necessary as is the ability to work well under pressure. Good communication, time management and organisational skills are an essential requirement of this post. You will also have an understanding of confidentiality.

Applicants will need to be computer literate, with previous reception/administrative experience.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
