About Us:

Our partnered children's homes specialize in providing support for those with Autism, Asperger's, Prader-Willi, complex needs, and emotional disorders.

Role Overview:


As an Unqualified Children Support Worker, you play a crucial role in empowering children with special needs to become more independent.

No formal qualifications are required, as we offer a comprehensive paid training program. Your induction week will cover paperwork, policies, and expectations, allowing you to interact with the senior leadership team.

Following induction, you'll benefit from a two-week shadowing period with experienced staff, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering positive relationships with the children.

This gradual onboarding approach allows time for acclimatization, helping you establish positive connections with the children. Weekly reviews provide continuous support and address any questions or concerns, ensuring your success in this varied role. Engage in diverse activities, day trips, educational support, and meal preparation, creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.


Extra training FREE
We work with a third party training provider and can offer extra training in things like ;children's mental health, Behaviour management, teaching assistant, special needs,ADHD and many more
