Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a World leading supplier in Machinery based in Altham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced ERP Administrator to work within a vibrant, exciting Work environment


Job Details:


  • This position is full time (40 hours) per week with early finish on Fridays.
  • On Site parking
  • On Site lunch area
  • This position is for a minimum of 6 months.

Main Duties:


  • Review of trailing cost parts, status, due dates and business impact.
  • Critical involvement with PDI / Close out process for moving production order parts to trailing cost parts
  • Daily monitoring of shifting service schedule and correlation to trailing cost parts
  • Cross over with logistics on organising of when and where for shipments
  • Responsibility of the entire Shipping process, ensuring full traceability and evidence trail
  • Reporting to field service project completeness and trailing cost items to determine on site workload
  • Assisting in the creation of a new SWO for trailing cost activities
  • Managing SUPPC and supplier shortages at the source
  • General management of incoming part shortage queries
  • General support to manufacturing sites for part shortages in build
  • Previous experience is desirable, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Proven problem analysis and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changes
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office
  • Written and verbal communications skills to a high standard.
