Senior Account Manager

Derby

£35,000 - £45,000

Permanent, full time

Macildowie are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Account Manager to join a leading international manufacturing organisation based in Derby.

This is not your typical Account Management role as there are no sales or upselling involved, you will be managing a portfolio of clients dealing with everything from requests to challenges and anything in between.

Full time, permanent working hours are Mon Thurs 8am 4:45pm and Fri 8am 12:30pm

Role and responsibilities include:

Be the first point of contact for account queries, managing risk and presenting customers with solutions and long terms fixes.

Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customer.
Generate visual business metric, which enable business performance to be tracked on a regular basis and targets achieved.
Measure and manage arrears.
Liaise with teams to minimise any risks and collaborate with relevant departments/employees to achieve deadlines.
Manage the despatch schedules
Manage conflicting/changing priorities and deadlines to meet internal and external requirements.
Excellent Customer service skills
Experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing
Experience looking after multiple accounts
Team leader or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to spin many plates
Adaptable
Strong relationship building skills
Resilient
