You will be responsible for providing a plumbing service to all our customers in their homes.


What you'll be doing

  • You will assist with providing a first class plumbing service in respect of the maintenance of all domestic sanitary appliances ie bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage etc to all our homes, maintaining a high standard of workmanship in the homes in your area
  • Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive work load.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
  • You will communicate with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Treating our homes with respect and maintain high standards of health and safety & reporting any concerns to your line manager.
  • You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition.

What you'll need

  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
  • A full clean drivers licence
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
  • Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
  • Similar experience ideal but not essential
  • Demonstrate a positive can do attitude
  • A flexible approach to the working day
  • You will have a Great Places Van
