Key duties will include:
- Managing a busy inbox or customer enquiries.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to a busy team of engineers and claims handlers.
- Keeping the customer database accurate and up to date.
- Taking phone calls, answering queries and passing to the relevant person.
- Chasing information from customers and engineers.
- Arranging Engineer appointments
- We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
- You must have good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
- You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
