Description

Continuously update community assets database, maintain comprehensive list of key contacts within each stakeholder and calendar of significant events Utilise information from Population Health Needs Analyses to prioritise activity Actively engage with women and family/ Maternity Voices Partnerships to obtain the views of service users.

Maximise opportunities for matrix working where possible. Identify additional opportunities for improvement. Inform and utilise a communication plan to myth-bust and provide evidence-based messages to local communities and their leaders.

Record demographics and the insight of community members with whom they have engaged. Act as a conduit between local communities and organisations and the Local Maternity and Neonatal System.

Adhere to robust governance around the project, reporting risks, challenges, concerns to the Maternity and Neonatal Equity and Equality Programme and escalating through them as appropriate.

Arrange local events and contribute to system-wide events across Lancashire and South Cumbria, maximizing contact with users of services to gain insights.
