An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 8a Operational Lead Post in the Sunderland Integrated Musculoskeletal Team (SIMS), as a physiotherapist with leadership experience to oversee the delivery of care by a multidisciplinary team to patients with MSK conditions.

The SIM Service offers patients a fast track route to full specialist assessments, necessary diagnostic tests and treatment as an alternative pathway to hospital referral.

As Operational Lead you must be able to demonstrate excellent skills and knowledge in relation to MSK. Leadership, motivation, organisation and communication skills are key to success in this role. You must also have experience of sharing specialised information and ideas across multiple disciplines.
