Description

You will develop and implement business solutions to support production operations through process analysis.
Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within this area of expertise. Execute activities / tasks to achieve strategic objectives.
Manage the capacity planning for the relevant areas, working with the planning and engineering departments.
Generate options for process improvements based on budget targets; make daily decisions related to your area of expertise based on business needs.
Lead design and implement process design improvements, participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities / tasks to achieve objectives of wider business team. Drive cross functional collaborationto develop and deliver projects for your area.
Demonstrate solid base of Press and Paint knowledge in the daytoday operations with understanding of process and system tools. Display understanding of how the business works in daily activities and how your role impacts the wider business.
Respond to production issues when the Press and Paint process needs reviewing using a demonstrated problemsolving ability, problem identification, root cause analysis and countermeasure identification.

Profile

Strong communication capabilities (able to communicate a problem summary to cross functional audience and develop strong solutions).
Understanding of Press Process, Paint Powder coating process, and manufacturing flow.
Lean and Six Sigma expertise to enable you to successfully deploy processes and system improvements to the Press and Paint operation.
Project management experience or capability with the ability to lead meetings and cross functional teams.
Good presentation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
You should be a reliable selfstarter and have a flexible
