Job Title: Regional Administration Team leader

With support of the Customer Services Manager, the Scheduling Team Leader will lead the regional scheduling teams of Regional Coordinators ensuring a professional, thorough and efficient operational support service.
You'll work with the Customer Services Manager to ensure that regional contracts are successfully delivered on-time, and in compliance with global procedures and operational KPIs.
You'll also support and deputise for the Customer Services Manager as and when required in their absence to ensure continuity of service levels and quality of output at all times.
Qualifications:
- Have previous experience of working in a highly procedural environment.
- Have previous experience of interpreting information provided, and turning it in to a structured output.
- Have strong leadership skills, operating in a dynamic environment with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced pressured environment and to achieve deadlines in this environment
